Many people ask what we do to help our patients feel better. The answer is not the same for everybody since our treatment is uniquely tailored to each individual. Each patient has different needs in the quest for better health!
As your chiropractor, my goal is to decrease any pain you experience by ensuring your muscles are flexible, your joints are mobile, and nerve flow is optimized. This is accomplished by employing various techniques and therapies that are appropriate for you as determined during your initial examination. Once accomplished, a spinal manipulation or "adjustment" to the problem area is administered, which results in increased mobility, flexibility, and alleviation of pain.
As a result from therapy and follow-up exercises such as prescribed stretching and other exercises, patients become empowered with increased comfort and vitality as they take an active role in their own health care!
I was born and raised in New Jersey and drawn to chiropractic at an early age after suffering from a weight training injury. In 1996 I graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles and became a certified member of the American Chiropractic Association. I began practicing in 1996 at a New Jersey multi-disciplined personal injury rehabilitation office. In 2000, I started my own private practice in Midtown, Manhattan. Keeping current with chiropractic education by attending seminars and continuing education symposiums is a top priority. I am also proud to sponsor local athletic teams in Manhattan.
